Chef Fernando Marques was born and educated in France, so he has a natural passion for French and Mediterranean food. He entered the School of Hospitality of Lyon where he obtained his diploma of cook. He has worked in several restaurants in several countries and in his dishes puts the influence of the places where he passed.
